On a lazy Sunday morning, in addition to scouring food blogs for recipes I would make if I were the person my new years resolutions made me out to be, (btw this looks delicious: Vegan Heart of Palm and Avocado Salad) I like to take some time to prep for the upcoming week.  Food feeds the body, but art feeds the soul and this week I want to know what I’m eating.
